Burnout Woke Me Up
Back when Dr. Hsu and I were in Chiropractic school, I was on fire. Passionate. Inspired. Determined to heal every future patient from every angle.
So I did it all:
Spinal adjustments, studying nutrition, emotional blocks, stretches, supplements, posture checks, stress assessments… whew.
But guess what?
Trying to do everything left me drained — and it overwhelmed my patients.
Then came the aha moment:
Being holistic doesn’t mean being superhuman. It means knowing my lane — and building relationships with other practitioners who can support the full picture.
That one shift changed everything.
What Holistic Chiropractic Really Means
Forget the idea of one-stop wellness shops. This isn’t about piling on treatments.
It’s about being precise. Purposeful. Present.
Here’s what real holistic care looks like:
Following the body’s deeper signals, not chasing symptoms
Seeing posture, stress, and lifestyle as a connected web
Honoring the body’s natural healing ability
Partnering with other healers who also held a piece of our patient’s health puzzle.

Instead of only asking, “What’s wrong with my back?”

• “Where else in my life am I carrying stress?”
• “How’s my sleep?”
• “What’s my movement like during the day?”
🟢 Build Your Wellness Circle
Think of it like your personal health Avengers squad:
• Chiropractor
• Counselor or coach
• Massage therapist
• Nutritionist
Ask yourself: Who’s got my back, literally and figuratively?
🟢 Take Ownership of the Process
Healing isn’t something we give you — it’s something we co-create.
You bring the willingness. We help guide the path.
